What has always fascinated me is once you have accepted Satan your mind automatically starts to change. You do not need books on this path, Nor other persons or "Priests" to advice you. Satan will start to work on the mind. New ideas will start to form. It can in my opinion happen by two separate processes. Externally or Internally. You start to question all of societies rules, those indoctrinations. This can happen due to an external energy source or by the opening up of your own mind .Which of course may have been activated by an external source . All the thoughts that were crushed and pushed into the back of the mind will start to appear.These are suddenly slowly released. Once this process is started. Once you have these realizations it is impossible to return to your original mind state. Your eyes have been opened. You see the control by society. The control by main stream religions. Your body and  mind completely manipulated for your energy source. To start this process is simple. Many ask me "what can i do"." I feel drawn to this". "What is happening to me ". Many have been extremely devout within their religious practice on the RHP. But because they have been so devout what they do not realize is that the mind and body needs balance. They have gone too far to the right. The RHP just becomes too much for them. They need release from the rules. There body and mind need release from this cage they have put themselves in. Hence they start to find themselves moving on to the LHP. The basic stuff happening is masturbating, porn, prostitution, affairs, etc. All extremely normal given the current society. They of course being still in the fold. Only being able to understand all this within there current framework feel guilt and shame. But of course they go back to it again and again. Many men have found that in many ways they have been completely neutered by the female in this so called modern society. When ideas start to unfold in the mind many may find they cannot accept but Satan will keep on tempting . The drive can get so intense that in many ways one may feel within one's norms out of control. There may a strong drive to delve into pornography . This is where you may find in a way you are at a cross road in your development. For Satanism can be much more than just sex. Sex does and or may play a part but it does not have to play the main part. It is a strong part but that energy can be used for many things. If you want to go further then one must develop it and then use it in your workings. You must be in control. Many do not reach this point and stop at the sexual point and develop along that path. The main problem is it is massively stimulating and fantastically pleasurable -in fact unknown intense pleasure but one tends to burn out. Also as the intensity increase with wanting more insatiable lust the risks increase radically. So there is the decision . It is down to your personality-your persona -your feelings how you want to proceed.
Satanism definitely appeals to Gay men because it accepts them completely and allows them complete free reign to there sexuality . Many only reach the point at organism screaming  "HAIL SATAN" and go no further.
In considering Depravity Satan wants all humans to develop to their full potential. He give one the freedom to think and act in any way that you see fit with out any restrictions. With Satan there is no right or wrong within the norms of the society in which we were brought up in. Satan accepts and 'allows" and  you will experience that freedom. There is a strong belief within LHP of some Hindu sects that anything that comes up in the mind is acceptable as we were all created by the creator god. If you think it, it is valid. The thought comes from the creator and is therefore acceptable. This will include acts and or thoughts on what the norm of society would call depravity. It would include many taboos. Many may not delve into this aspect. if they do they must be well aware of what I call the second maxim of Satanism which must always be considered and that is "cause and effect". RHP/LHP

 I have read that many Holy Men of the East have a very different idea on religion to us in the West. Their framework for development is "balance". In the West it is something we do not have within the religious framework. We seem to like or are developed to extremes. The xtian church is considered RHP.  This has been push radically from day one in your life to the end of your days. The main concept is a word I hate-Compassion. So wrongly interpreted by Westerners. One is still today hammered by this idea although the main rules of the religion have been thrown out by modern society. A very strong idea in the East is the idea of balance . Balance in everything. If your swing of the pendulum has been too far on the RHP, then you should gain equilibrium by going the other way. It will balance you out to be a happier and more rounded person. In the East many Sadhus may start off on the RHP and be Masters of it. Then they will switch to the LHP to balance their psyche. They say before you attempt the LHP you must have studied the RHP in detail and may be a Master in it. Otherwise you can come crashing down going straight into LHP without the RHP background. This is where many fail in the West. You must learn the rules before breaking them.
This is why so many Ministers of religion in the West suddenly find later in their Ministries that they are drawn to the LHP. This is in fact totally normal. For them to get balance they must do this.
In the East many experienced teachers will only teach RHP to their pupils but they themselves will only practice LHP.

Satan Real or In The Mind

I am a Theistic Satanist. I prefer it that way. I don't hold out that it is the correct way. It is just I feel more comfortable seeing everything in that context. But I still have queries being a realist. Once you commit yourself to Satan new ideas come up. There is for many a new way of looking at the society they live in etc. For a Theistic this is in some way coming from Satan. If in worship even more so. But is it ? Maybe it is these external forces are just turning a key in your head. Opening your Pandora's Box deep inside your subconscious and letting out all of that part of you-the real you-that indoctrination locked away. Many might hold that once you mention the key word "Satan" it in some way activates the same process without any outside interference.
Having chatted to a great number of Satanists I find it interesting that a high percentage have all very similar experiences. They have very similar reactions. Depending where they are at along this path. It's as if Satanic development seems to be a very similar process. Different people move forward or hold back at whatever point along this highway as they want. One should remember there are no books or standard methods laid out to anybody for this process. This is interesting since Satanism is held out as a very individual path.
It makes no difference whether the process is activated by external forces or whether it is a completely internal thing. The important consideration is that one gets on the Satanic pathway and Develops along it. It seems to me that as our DNA programming is the same or extremely similar -then likewise when Satan is activated we will all have very similar reactions. It is as if there is a part of our deep subconscious brain that has massive amounts of information just waiting to be activated by this key commitment to HIM. I think there may be slight variations but it seems as if to move forward we have to go through very similar processes.
Another point to consider is the subconscious mind. We still know little about it. It is massively powerful. And within Satanism it is difficult to understand what has been activated. Maybe when Satan is activated your subconscious throws out a vibe to others on this path -similar in a way to the concept of universal consciousness.
I don't think there is an answer to "Satan Real or in The Mind". Nor do I think it important. What is important is the neophytes eyes are opened in a way to experience the society he or she lives in free from that society's indoctrination.

Initiation and Baptism

Many people like an initiation or baptism into Satanism. Baptism to me is too much like an xtian tradition. In Satanism surely one is trying to break away from that. I feel Satanism is a very individual path so an initiation should at best be done on one's own. After all you are setting up a unique relationship with HIM. I also am a person who is into Chaos and tends to shear away from Ceremonial  Tradition. I tend to make up and use whatever I think is necessary for whatever ritual I am doing. I don't need to use somebody else's methods which has possibly been constructed many years back.I find I experiment with different rituals. See how they work. Try out other peoples methods. Join them up in some way with mine. Experiment- see how something feels. Sometimes I think this might be risky-certain Demons could be tricky and might bring on unpleasant experiences.I have in the past sometimes found it can all get a bit intense.  They may push forward faster than you can cope with. But it is then fairly simple to send them back to Hell. Much of Satanism is overcoming fear. Which have been put there by the indoctrination of society. When in fact way back in time whole societies worshiped these gods and thrived.
The basic structure of the initiation is to revoke all past affiliations and then give the whole of your being to HIM. One must not take this process lightly as once done there is no way it can be reversed. Even if you try in some way to go back, you will still see everything in a different light to how you experienced life before. You will see everything within the framework of Satanism. So if you are thinking of making a commitment take your time over it. There is no rush. Make sure when you do this that it is truly what you want to do.
